Security and trust
PayFresco handles business, owner, banking, tax, and document information during merchant intake. This page explains practical safeguards, channel boundaries, and the information merchants should prepare before applying.
PayFresco's public website presents the merchant application, contact paths, CRM access page, and Telegram handoff links. Application submissions are routed into operational intake and CRM workflows so PayFresco can review the application, request documents, and coordinate next steps.
The website is not a card-payment form and should not be used to submit customer card numbers. Merchant review may require owner, business, banking, tax, website, product, processing-history, and document information because payment providers and underwriting partners often need that information before evaluating a merchant.
Use the designated application and document workflows for requested review information. Avoid sending these items through open chat or ordinary email unless PayFresco specifically asks for a secure alternate path:
If you accidentally send information PayFresco did not request, contact the team and identify the message or document so it can be reviewed.
PayFresco may request identity, business registration, proof of address, processing history, tax certificates, and category-specific documents. Peptide or research-chemical applications may require additional documents such as fulfillment contracts or certificates of purity.
Document requirements can change based on business model, industry, owner profile, provider rules, underwriting expectations, and country coverage. Submitting documents does not guarantee approval or specific terms.

PayFresco uses practical safeguards for website operation, intake routing, CRM coordination, spam prevention, and support follow-up. Access to application information should be limited to people and service providers who need it for application review, support, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
No public website, chat tool, email flow, or third-party service can be guaranteed completely secure. PayFresco's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy, and user obligations are described in the Terms of Use.
If you believe you found a vulnerability, received a suspicious message claiming to be PayFresco, sent the wrong document, or need to report a privacy issue, use the Contact page and choose "Security or privacy concern" as the topic. Include the page, message, screenshot if appropriate, approximate time, and a safe way to contact you.
